Comfortable, approachable and professional psychotherapy at a premium Central and North London location.

About Me

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Dr Andrew Seed. I decided to train to be a psychotherapist after struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and an existential crisis. I searched for meaning in meditation and then in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. What drives my motivation to help others is rooted in the suffering I went through and the support I received.

I embarked on a 15 year journey to become a psychotherapist. I have trained in psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, meditation and qigong. My training and practice adopts a relational approach that is embodied and seeks to connect to all the parts of the person. Often this can mean working through shame, destructive individual or relational patterns. I'm here to be with you on this journey.
